种业是我国战略性、基础性核心产业。针对我国种业发展的新形势，本文分析了我国水稻种业的现状和发展方向，着重讨论水稻种业科企合作的方式和存在的问题，并就问题对科企双方提出了一些建设性的意见，以期为科企合作的进一步发展提供参考。

Seed industry is a strategic, fundamental and core industry in China. In this paper, The author analysis the current status and developing trend of rice breeding industry, and focus on discussing the manners and problems of cooperation between research institution and enterprise. Some constructive suggestions are given in order to providing a reference for the further development of research institution-enterprise cooperation.
