水稻是江苏省第一大粮食作物,是粮食生产的重中之重。加快发展水稻机插秧,彻底改变传统稻作生产曲背弯腰的痛苦劳作方式一直是广大农民的迫切愿望,也是现阶段提高江苏省水稻综合生产能力,保障江苏省粮食安全的迫切需要,更是水稻种植机械化的发展方向和未来水稻种植的主导性技术。本文概述了江苏省水稻机插秧的发展情况,总结分析了现阶段水稻机插秧发展中存在的主要问题,提出了加快推进江苏省水稻机插秧发展的对策措施。
Rice is the principal food crop in Jiangsu province, and is the top priority in food production. To accelerate the development of machine-transplanted rice to completely change painful work of traditional rice production is the urgent desire of the mass farmers, and also the urgent need to improve the comprehensive productivity of rice and to ensure the food security at the present stage in Jiangsu province, Moreover, it is the development direction of mechanical rice production and the dominant technology of rice planting in the future. The article outlined the development situation of machine-transplanted rice and analyzed the major problems in the development of machine-transplanted rice at the present stage, and proposed the countermeasures to accelerate the development of machine-transplanted rice in Jiangsu province.
