“小麦-水稻”一年两熟每667 m2超“双千”种植制度，经3年的试验研究和4年示范推广，技术熟化，已成为余姚市粮食生产功能区的主导种植制度。实现每667 m2超“双千”关键措施是“选好优良品种、优化栽培方式、推行机械作业、熟化栽培技术”。

After several years of experiment and demonstration, the annual double crop rotation system of wheat-rice is becoming the dominant planting system in the functional areas of grain production in Yuyao City. In this paper，the key cultivation techniques of the planting systems was summarized, which include selecting fine varieties, optimizing the cultivation methods, implementing the mechanical operation and ripening cultivation techniques.
