培两优3309是广东省清远市农业技术推广站在常规水稻育种理论指导下，以综合性状优良、配合力高的光温敏核不育系培矮64S为母本，以穗大粒多、高产的恢复系3309为父本，采用两系杂交育种方法选育出的水稻新品种。该品种具有丰产、抗病、抗倒、耐寒等特点，2010年通过广东省农作物品种审定。本文主要介绍了培两优3309的选育过程、特征特性、栽培技术及制种要点，以期为促进该品种大范围推广和应用奠定基础。
Peiliangyou 3309 is a new two-line hybrid rice combination, derived from high-quality photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile line Pei'ai 64S and restorer line 3309, bred by agriculture technology extension station of Qingyuan City. It has high yield, disease resistance, lodging resistance and cold resistance. It was registered and released by Guangdong privincial crop variety approval committee in 2010. In order to promote the large-scale application of the combination, this paper described the breeding process, characteristics, cultivation techniques and seed production points of Peiliangyou 3309.
