采用酚酞、百里酚蓝、百里酚酞3种指示剂对25份稻谷进行脂肪酸值及滴定终点pH值测定,并利用统计学进行方差分析及T测验。结果表明,3种指示剂对稻谷脂肪酸值及滴定终点pH值测定结果存在显著差异,指示剂的选择直接影响脂肪酸值的测定结果。
Three kinds of indicator influence on fatty acid value and terminal pH in titration was researched by statistical analysis of variance and T test for 25 copies of rice. The results indicated that the three kinds of indicator influence on fatty acid value and terminal pH in titration was significant. It was very important to select indicator for test results.
