如东县是江苏省机插水稻大县，随着农村人口老龄化及城镇化进展，专业化集中育秧模式得到了迅速发展。为更好地促进水稻种植机械化，对如东机插稻专业化集中育秧发展现状进行了分析，指出存在的问题，并提出了发展建议。

Rudong is one of the largest counties on mechanical transplanting rice. With the development of the urbanization and the aging of rural population, specialized seedling raising on rice has been developing rapidly. In order to promote the development of mechanical transplanting rice, the authors analyzed the current situation, problems and put forward some proposals.
