利用智能水温控制系统,设置22℃、23℃和24℃ 3个不同温度处理水平,对培矮64S、广占63S、Y58S、新安S和广茉S共5个两用核不育系分别经过5 d和7 d的处理,对其不育起点温度进行鉴定。试验结果表明,低温处理对不育系的抽穗有延迟作用且使抽穗历期拉长;5个不育系的不育起点温度除培矮64S为23℃外其余均为24℃。在起点温度鉴定中,育性诱导时期的掌握、低温处理后的材料管理、取样单穗的选择等环节对鉴定的准确性至关重要。
To identify the critical sterility-inducing temperature of dual purpose genic male sterile lines, Pei'ai 64S, Guangzhan 63S, Y58S, Xin'an S and Guangmo S were treated 5 days and 7 days with 22 ℃, 23 ℃ and 24 ℃ respectively. The results showed that low temperature treatment delayed heading dates and elongated the days from initial heading to ending heading. Sterile starting temperatures of all the 5 sterile lines were 24 ℃ except Peiai 64S, which was 23 ℃. In the process of identification of the critical sterility-inducing temperature, the confirmation of development stage of young panicles for inducing, the managements of materials after low temperature treatment and the correct sampling of individual panicles were important factors affecting the accuracy of identification.
