回顾了博A、博ⅡA、博ⅢA的选育过程，总结了选育、运用感光型杂交稻不育系的经验与体会。选育感光型杂交稻不育系时应注意以下几方面：在进行某些性状改良时，应注意双亲其它重要性状的互补，避免双亲具有共同的缺陷；杂交双亲保持系至少其中1个带有感光基因；不育系的米质鉴定，要在低世代开始进行，胁迫选育跟踪至高世代。

Breeding utilization of bo A, bo Ⅱ A, bo Ⅲ A were reviewed, and the experience of using photosensitive type hybrid rice sterile lines were summarized. Attention should be paid in photosensitive hybrid rice sterile lines breeding as follows: when making certain strain improvement, should consider other important properties of parents for complementary, avoid common defects; one of the parents should have a photosensitive genes; identification rice quality of sterile lines must start from the low generation.
