天优8025系中国水稻研究所与广东省农业科学院水稻研究所合作育成的籼型三系杂交稻新组合，生育期适中，茎秆粗壮，抗倒伏性较强，后期转色好，穗大粒多，丰产性好。2013年通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定，适宜在浙江省作连作晚稻种植。
Tianyou 8025 is a new indica three-line hybrid rice combination with moderate growth period, thick stem, strong lodging resistance, good coloring in later period, big spike, more grains and high yield. It was bred by China National Rice Research Institute and Rice Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, approved by Zhejiang Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2013. It is suitable for planting as late season rice in Zhejiang province．
