稻水象甲是侵入我国的一种重要检疫性水稻害虫，目前已经在我国大部分稻区扩散蔓延。海南岛尚没有稻水象甲发生为害的报道，但海南岛是稻水象甲的适生分布区，加上稻水象甲具有孤雌生殖的繁殖特点，从理论上说，只要有一只稻水象甲成虫被携带进入，就会繁殖一个种群世代，稻水象甲在南繁区传播蔓延的风险相当大。建议禁止水稻稻桩进入南繁区，并对来自疫区的水稻南繁材料加强植物检疫，把该虫拒于南繁基地之外。

We should strengthen the plant quarantine to prevent Lissorbqptrus oryzqphilus Kuschel into Hainan island.
