四川盆地水稻电动机喷直播技术要点与发展前景

摘要

直播是水稻生产发展的重要方向之一。2008年以来,作者在四川盆地开展了不同茬口下直播技术的研究与示范,并形成了一项高效、省力、可操作性强的电动机喷直播技术。该电动抛撒器充一次电可工作8.0 h以上,每台每天可播种2.6 hm2,并具有较好的均匀度。2012—2019在南充、遂宁、泸州、德阳等地累计示范7.0万余hm2,比当地农户手插秧增产5%~10%,每hm2节省劳动力45个、增收节支3 750 元以上,深受广大农户欢迎。电动机喷直播技术的关键措施有:确保稻田排灌水方便、避免极端高低温危害、预防播后鸟取食种子、控制好播后田间草害、防止籽粒灌浆期倒伏。无论是冬水(闲)田还是麦(油菜或蔬菜)茬口的两熟稻田,只要水源有保障,前茬收获后均可分别直播早、中、迟熟水稻品种,发展前景十分广阔。

Abstract

Direct seeding is one of the important directions for the development of rice production. Since 2008, the authors have carried out the research and demonstration of the direct seeding technology under different stubble in Sichuan basin, and have formed an efficient, labor saving and good operability direct seeding technology with motor spurt. The electric seeding dispenser can work for more than 8 hours on one charge, each electric dispenser can sow about 2.6 hm2 per day, and has a good uniformity. From 2012 to 2019, there were more than 70,000 hm2 have been demonstrated in Nanchong, Suining, Luzhou and Deyang, etc., which increased the rice grain yield by 5%~10% compared with local farmers' hand-transplanted seedlings and saved 45 labors per hm2 and increased income more than 3,750 yuan, which was welcomed by farmers. The key measures of this technology including: ensuring the convenience of drainage and irrigation, avoiding the harm of extreme high and low temperature, preventing the birds from eating rice seeds after sowing, controling the weeds in the field after sowing, and preventing the lodging during grain filling. No matter it is winter water (idle) field or wheat (rape or vegetable) stubble field, as long as there is water source guarantee condition, the early, middle and late rice varieties could be used for direct seeding after the previous harvest, the development prospect is very broad.
