介绍了全球杂交水稻种植概况,我国杂交水稻种业“走出去”的重要意义和成功经验,展望了我国杂交水稻种业“走出去”的发展趋势：一是经营模式从种子贸易向育繁推海外本土化发展,二是增长方式从内生性发展向“内生+外延”发展转变,三是业务内核从产品输出向技术输出转变。分析了我国杂交水稻种业“走出去”存在的问题,并提出了对策。
