本文是介绍R语言及在农业试验数据分析基本应用的第二篇。我们采用盖钧镒主编的《试验统计方法》中的示例数据集,介绍R语言在农业试验数据分析中的一些最基本和最常用的应用。重点介绍的统计方法包括t检验、方差分析以及均值的多重比较、卡方检验等。通过本文的介绍,期望有更多的农业科技工作者下载并开始使用这一具有强大的统计计算功能、便捷的数据可视化系统以及免费开源的R语言。

This paper is the second article of introducing R language and its basic application in agricultural experiment data analysis. We introduce some of the most basic and common applications of R language in agricultural data analysis, such as t-test, analysis of variance and means multiple comparisons, Chi-squared test. We hope scientists working in agricultural researches will be interested in R language and starting using this powerful statistical programing language.
