在我国源远流长的农耕文明时代里,稻田是随处可见的人类生活记忆,稻作文化作为我国农耕文化的重要组成部分,很多诗词歌赋都赞美过种稻和稻田。浙江是中国古代文明的发祥地之一,稻作文化历史悠久,上山文化、河姆渡文化、良渚文化等实证了1万多年来水稻起源于我国长江中下游地区,稻作农业的不断发展推动我国农业社会由上山文化“最早的村落”走向良渚文化“最早的国家”。
