Rice straw resources is a kind of important renewable resource, China is one of the countries that own rich rice straw resources. The agricultural cyclical pattern of rice straw resource comprehensive utilization and the benefits, including environmental protection and economic benefit, and its broad development prospect, based on a circular economy mode, were discussed in the paper.
