In order to solve the problem of limited paddy soil resources, difficult disinfecting and regulating acid degrees, a new semi dry seedling raising techniques with floppy disk were developed and discussed in Huangmei county, Hubei province, based on the traditional floppy disk seedling raising techniques, rice production practice and actual operation of farmers.
