Screening of Heat Resistance at Flowering stage in Hybrid Rice in the Southwest China

Abstract

Based on the relative spikelet fertility rate, 62 hybrid rice combinations were tested through artificial climate chamber appraisal at flowering stage in southwest China. There are 9 hybrid rice combinations be screened in the test,which relative spikelet fertility rate are more than 60%. And the 62 hybrid rice combinations were classified into 3 groups with different heat resistance based on clustering analysis. These results can provide a scientific basis for rice production layout.
