Zhong 9 You En 66, a new early indica three-line hybrid rice combination, derived from Enhui 66, a new early indica restorer line developed by Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as male, and Zhong 9A, a sterile line developed by China National Rice Research Institute, as female, with characteristic of early maturity, fine grain quality and blast resistance. It was registered and released for commercial production by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Hubei Province in April, 2013.
