Jiyou 225 is a new hybrid late indica rice variety with fine quality, high-yielding and high resistance, bred by rice research institute, Jiangxi academy of agricultural sciences. This paper introduced the major characteristics and high-yielding cultivation and F1 seed production techniques of Jiyou 225.
