
R Language and Its Basic Application in Agricultural Experimental Data Analysis-2

This paper is the second article of introducing R language and its basic application in agricultural experiment data analysis. We introduce some of the most basic and common applications of R language in agricultural data analysis, such as t-test, analysis of variance and means multiple comparisons, Chi-squared test. We hope scientists working in agricultural researches will be interested in R language and starting using this powerful statistical programing language.
