As a traditional agricultural production mode, rice-duck integrated farming has developed rapidly in Hunan. In order to screen rice varieties suitable for ecological cultivation of rice-ducking in Hunan, 17 high-quality rice varieties collected be tested and displayed in Changsha County in 2021. The results showed that the rice yield, milled rice yield, chalky grain rate, chalkiness, grain grass ratio and harvest index of Yueliangyou Meixiangxingzhan were 8.69 t/hm², 5.90 t/hm², 2.75%, 0.8%, 1.08 and 0.52 respectively. And its plant height was moderate, and there was no lodging situation when encountering strong winds. Yueliangyou Meixiangxingzhan can be the main promoted rice variety for the rice-duck integrated farming mode in Hunan Province. The three varieties of Xiangyuezhan, Yueliangyou Yuzhan, Dunliangyou 900 can be used as suitable rice varieties for rice-duck integrated farming mode.
