三系杂交水稻制种纯度保障技术研究:现状、成因与提升策略

摘要:

三系杂交水稻制种纯度是影响种子质量与种植效益的关键因素。笔者基于多年制种实践经验,系统分析了导致三系杂交稻种子纯度下降的主要因素,包括亲本种子纯度偏低、隔离区设置与管理不严格、落田谷串粉、机械混杂以及异常气候条件等。在此基础上,梳理了当前制种纯度保障技术的应用现状,深入剖析了制种纯度偏低的深层次成因,并提出以提纯复壮、智能除杂、数字化田间管理等为核心的综合性提升策略。研究表明,通过三级提纯复壮、分子标记辅助除杂、四维授粉调控等关键技术的集成应用,可使杂交种子纯度稳定提升至99.0%以上,制种产量提高15.0%~20.0%。本文可为三系杂交水稻种子质量标准化与产业化发展提供理论依据与实践路径。

Abstract:

The purity of seeds produced in three-line hybrid rice breeding is a critical factor influencing seed quality and planting efficiency. Based on years of practical experience in seed production, this study systematically analyzed the main factors leading to decreased purity in three-line hybrid rice seeds, including low parental seed purity, improper setup and management of isolation zones, foreign pollen contamination from scattered grains, mechanical mixing, and abnormal climatic conditions. On this basis, we review the current application status of seed purity assurance technologies, explored the underlying causes of low seed purity during production, and proposed comprehensive improvement strategies centered on purification and rejuvenation, intelligent impurity removal, and digital field management. The results showed that through the integrated application of key technologies—such as three-level purification and rejuvenation, molecular marker-assisted impurity detection, and four-dimensional pollination regulation—hybrid seed purity can be stably increased to above 99.0%, with seed yield improved by 15.0%-20.0%. This paper provides both theoretical foundations and practical approaches for promoting the standardization and industrial development of seed quality in three-line hybrid rice production.
