Analysis of the Way of Reducing the Cost of Grain Production in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

Abstract: The composition of grain growing cost in Jiangsu Province were briefly analyzed in this paper. The authors analyzed the typical cases on the cost reduction of grain production in Jiangsu Province by investigating large grain farmers, family farms, farmers cooperatives and other new type of agricultural production operators. In view of the outstanding problems in grain production, the authors analyzed the effective ways to reduce the cost of grain production.

摘要： 简要分析了江苏省粮食种植成本构成情况；通过走访调研种粮大户、家庭农场、农民合作社等农业生产新型经营主体，分析了江苏省粮食生产降成本的典型案例；针对生产中存在的突出问题，简要分析了农业生产降低成本的有效途径。
