麦秸还田埋深对水稻产量和品质的影响

Effects of Different Straw Incorporation Depth on Grain Yields and Qualities of Rice

摘要: 以迟熟中粳稻宁9108 为试验材料,研究了麦秸不同埋深(0 cm、10 cm和20 cm)对水稻产量和稻米品质的影响。结果表明,与秸秆表面还田相比,麦秸埋入土壤处理水稻有效穗数有所降低,每穗粒数、结实率与千粒重提高,产量增加,同时改善了稻米的外观品质,直链淀粉含量降低,食味品质提高,其中以麦秸埋深10 cm处理的效果最佳。

Abstract: Effects of different straw incorporation depth(0 cm, 10 cm, 20 cm) on yields and qualities of late maturity japonica rice  Ning 9108 were investigated. The results indicated that the panicle number of rice was decreased slightly, whereas the number of grains per panicle, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight were all increased, leading to a significant increase in grain yield, rice appearance and eating quality were improved, amylose content was decreased with straw incorporation of 10 cm and 20 cm depth, and more effects with 10 cm, than that of 0 cm.
