南通市机插水稻集中育秧发展现状及建议

摘要： 分析了2010年以来南通市水稻集中育秧发展情况及其特点。结果表明，种粮大户和专业化服务组织是最主要的育秧主体；硬盘、基质、机械播种育秧技术得到长足发展；存在“没有固定的育秧基地，育秧技术不规范，发展动力不够强”等方面的问题。提出了“出台扶持政策，创新投入渠道，树立示范典型”等方面的发展建议。

Abstract: Development situation and characteristics of centralized rice seedling raising in Nantong City were analyzed. The results showed that the large grain production households and specialized service organizations are the main body of centralized rice seedling raising. Rapid progress has been made in seedling techniques with hard disk, raising materials and mechanical sowing, but there are some problems and insufficiency, such as no fixed seedlings cultivation base, non-standardized seedling techniques and the weak momentum etc. The development suggestions, such as introducing of supportive policies, innovating input channels, establishing typical demonstration are put forward.
