水分亏缺对水稻秧苗素质的影响及调控

Effects of Water Deficit on Rice Seedling Quality and Its Regulation

摘要: 选择黄华占、IR36、中浙优1号、天优华占、甬优538和浙优18等6个品种为材料,利用PEG6000模拟水分亏缺,并在育秧过程中控制基质水分,以明确育秧过程中水分胁迫对秧苗素质的影响。结果表明,轻度干旱引起补偿效应促进秧苗素质的提高,株高、叶面积、干物质积累量增加;中度和重度水分胁迫则降低了秧苗株高、叶面积,减弱了秧苗根系性状,抑制了干物质积累。试验结果还表明,控制土壤水势在-60kpa时提高秧苗素质的效果最好。

Abstract: In order to clarify the effects of water management on quality of rice seedling, using Huanghuazhan, IR36, Zhongzheyou 1, Tianyouhuazhan, Yongyou 538 and Zheyou 18 as materials, PEG6000 was used to simulate the water deficit, and the water content of the substrate was controlled in the process of seedling raising. The results showed that, the compensation effect caused by light drought could improve the seedling quality by increasing the plant height and leaf area, enhancing the root characteristics of seedlings, and increasing the dry matter accumulation; moderate and severe water stress could decrease the plant height and leaf area, weaken the root characteristics of seedlings, and inhibit dry matter accumulation. The test results also showed that when the soil water potential is - 60 kpa, the effect of improving the seedling quality is the test.
