Analysis of Aromatic Rice Varieties in Heilongjiang Province    2015, 21 (6): 58-61.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-8082.2015.06.012 Abstract （8734）      PDF （431KB）（2310）       Knowledge map    Save The yields and quality traits of 22 aromatic rice varieties in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that increase the grains per spike appropriately is conducive to improve the yield. The 1 000-grain weight has less effect on grain yield. There is no variety come up to the first national standard on the quality traits. We should decrease the chalky grain rate and chalkiness degree, and increase the length of gel consistency to improve rice taste. These aromatic rice were mainly bred by Wuyoudao 1 and Suijing 4, the varieties which derived from Wuyoudao 1 are accounted for 36.0% and the varieties derived from Suijing 4 are accounted for 59.0%. The genetic basis of aromatic rice is stenosis, we should widen the germplasm resources of aromatic rice and enrich genetic bases. Developing rice substrate is the key point to improve the mechanized planting technology. Appropriate substrate can enhance the rice seedlings quality which was suitable for machine-transplanted and conducive to the development of full mechanization in rice cultivation. This paper introduced the history of the rice substrates, types and properties. The problems for rice substrate study were analyzed and the development trend was also pointed out in this paper, which was beneficial to the research and extension of rice seedling substrate and could provide a reference for promoting the rice planting mechanization. The high-yielding cultivation techniques of Yexiangyou 9 are as follows: sowing in time, rational planting density, applying enough basal fertilizer, early applying of re-green fertilizer, applying of tiller fertilizer, rational irrigation and control of pest and disease. Analysis of the Quality Characteristics of Daohuanxiang Variety in Different Areas of Heilongjiang Province    2016, 22 (1): 39-42.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-8082.2016.01.009 Abstract （6801）      PDF （600KB）（2056）       Knowledge map    Save In view of the Daohuaxiang rice quality degradation year by year in Heilongjiang Province, quality chracteristics of Daohuaxiang from different sources in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed. The objective was to find out the present variety quality of Daohuaxiang and to discuss factors which influence the variety quality of Daohuaxiang. The results showed that Daohuaxiang from the different sources due to different soil, fertilizer and rainfall conditions, presented different sensory quality. Daohuaxiang from Wuchang has higher sensory scores. Compared to control sample Kongyu 131, 75.00% of the samples showed superior scores to Kongyu 131, which indicated that the varieties of Daohuaxiang are of good quality. The protein content, amylose content, head rice rate, chalkiness rate, chalkiness degree, pasting temperature, peak time etc, have greater impact on the sensory quality of Daohuaxiang.
