优质籼型水稻两用核不育系旭98S的选育与应用

摘要： 利用综合农艺性状优良的水稻两用核不育系中间材料旭06-16与培矮64S杂交，采用湖南益阳长日低温与海南三亚短日低温压力选择，经5年10代的定向培育，于2010年育成稻米品质优、株型理想、不育起点温度较低的两用核不育系旭98S。该不育系具有广亲和性，配合力好，于2013年通过海南省农业厅审定。

Abstract: Xu 98S is an indica dual-purpose genic male sterile line with good quality, ideal plant type, broad compatibility, low fertility critical temperature and excellent combining ability, developed from Pei’ai 64S/Xu 06-16 by low temperature stress under long daylight low temperature condition in Hunan province and short daylight low temperature condition in Hainan province after 5 years selection（10 generations）. Xu 06-16 is a middle material of indica dual-purpose genic male sterile line with excellent agronomic traits. Xu 98S was identified by the Agricultural Department of Hainan Province in 2013.
