摘要:

水稻是浙江省城乡居民口粮消费的主要作物,对于确保口粮绝对安全意义重大。但近年来,种稻收益持续下降,严重制约了水稻产业绿色高质量发展。通过培育一批新型经营主体,发展水稻产加销一体化产业,对促进浙江省农业生产发展具有重要意义。本研究通过文献查阅、全方面调研与典型调研,分层次梳理了当前浙江省水稻产加销一体化经营发展现状、存在问题与现实需求,明确了制约浙江省水稻产加销一体化经营的关键因素及其驱动机制,并提出了浙江省水稻产加销一体化发展的政策框架与实现路径。

Abstract:

Rice is the main crop consumed by urban and rural residents in Zhejiang Province, which is of great significance for ensuring the absolute safety of grain rations. However, in recent years, the income of planting rice has continued to decline, which has severely restricted the development of rice industry. Developing an integrated industry of rice production and marketing is of great significance to promote agricultural production in Zhejiang Province. Through literature review, all-round investigations and typical investigations, this study sorted out the current development status, existing problems and actual needs of the integrated operation of rice production and marketing, clarified the key factors and driving mechanism restricting the integrated operation of rice production and marketing. This study also proposed the policy framework and implementation path for the integrated development of rice production and marketing in Zhejiang Province.
