Abstract: he grain administrating on the development of dwarf rice varieties, hybrid rice combinations, super rice varieties, rice cultivation techniques, rice and grain quality supervision in China are discussed in the paper. It showing that the development of rice variety and technique is achieved under governor’s planning and managing, although it is cann’t do without sci-tech personnel's efforts.

摘要： 论述了我国粮政中矮秆稻、杂交稻、超级稻品种与种业、水稻栽培技术、大米等粮食质量监管行政和发展的概略过程，说明了我国水稻品种和技术的发展虽然离不开科技人员自身的努力，但也是在国家的计划和管理下实现的。
